Front bumper sag

I have a 5th gen and I have a considerable amount of bumper sag...

Took off the bumper and found that the previous owner had broken the tabs on both side so the clip is useless because there is nothing for it to clip onto.

Thought about it for a while and tried using zip ties with washers but it didn't do such a good job.

I then drilled some holes on the sides of where the tabs should be and screwed on the clips and slapped it onto the car... it worked pretty well but I want to get rid of the bumper sad.

Next I drilled another hole under my fender and one in my bumper and from underneath the car put in some screws. This just about completely got rid of the gap but after driving for a few weeks the screws were getting loose.

I have the bumper off again and I'm still thinking of a better solution but in the meantime thought to post it up on here and see if anybody has an idea, or something that worked for them.

^ But do you think it would work if the tabs are ripped off?

there should be an adjustable bracket on the bottom of the headlight that helps support the bumper

If by tab you mean the section of the bumper that the clip grabs onto, then yes. Mine is intact on that side and it's actually supported worse than it is on the other where it was completely ripped off.
