When a part cost $450 overseas (retail), and they are selling them here for $700, I call it gouging. Yes, they have a business to run, and I understand that. I am also entitled to my opinion.

Just like you would probably complain that the Honda dealer charges too much to fix your car. It's the same concept.

450 -> 700 seems pretty reasonable to me, actually... shipping something that big costs a chunk of change, there are customs duties, the guy over here has to have a place to receive it and people to keep track of the order and the inventory, someone to ship it again, someone to keep track of the inventory, and then make a small profit. we're MORE than doubling the usual overhead.

It's expensive. You need to get everything that attaches to the manifold, except the throttle body. All the sensors, the fuel rail, IAC, etc. I haven't added it all up, but it's probably close to, if not over, $500.

As of right now, we don't know if it will work or not because the fuel rail is different, and I am hoping that it still fits Prelude injectors.

SH@#!! $500 or a little more ain't bad That's less than the Venom or STR I was thinking of.

I think most of the aftermarket manifolds are aimed at FI use. They will kill low end power for NA. The ports are just too big.
