engine head weight?

how much does a h23a1 head weigh? head, cams, springs, etc.


with/without the intake mani?

When I got my jdm motor/trans, they had the shipping weight as 600lbs. I'm try to get shipping quotes. I was going to see if I could find out this way before I took it apart just to get a weight. It can't be more than 20lbs or so without the intake/exhaust manifold.
