can someone tell me please where i can get the egr port plugs for my 2000 honda prelude base model

Your local Honda dealer should carry them. Part # 17199-PT3-AHM about $0.80 each. Did mine about 2 months ago

If you haven't already be sure to read a few threads on removing them. If you have the few needed tools it becomes pretty easy to pull them, the cleaning is the pain.

can you screw a screw into the plugs and then just pull them out by the screw head? just wondering. i don't have a slide hammer nor do i have desire to spend 10 minutes making one. and i have no desire spending hours cleaning, so i guess its a moot point for me. but still wondering.

yes you can ^

It's probably better to do it this way rather than drilling and tapping for a slide hammer if you're not removing the entire manifold to clean. don't want any metal shavings finding their way inside
