Does oil pressure drop with summitracing filter relocation kit?

i got this relocation kit on my car with and oil cooler... along with a fully built motor and tons of stuff. i just got the motor back from the machine shop.... dropped it in, and no vtec. the oil light is on... i made sure i rememberd the oil pressure switch, it's an obd1 ecu and i haven't checked the codes but i was just wondering off hand if this oil filter relocation kit could drop oil pressure making it impossible to have v-tec engage. i'm bringing the car tomorrow to a honda tech who's is said to be a genius with v-tec motors so i'm sure he'll figure it out, but i'd like to give him a heads up on what may or may not be the problem. thanks guys

The oil light comes on at some crazy low pressure, around 7 PSI or so. The filter relocation kit should NOT cause a drop that much. It will cause a drop in oil pressure, but not that severe unless something is really farkled up.
