Imagepree is right. It's not worth the trouble trying to cut them out without removing the door. Taking the door panels off is easy.

really? i thought it was a B1TCH. do you have the little tool for removing those annoying nylon clips?

No I haven't needed the tool as of yet. I've taken my door panels off at least 4 times and never had a problem. You can pull the clips on the bottom easily if you use even force.
