I am about to order some brake pads from them. i was wondering if anyone has a coupon code for them? Also how is their service/shipping time?

Yeah, they're awsome. I've order many things from them. Very quick shipping, great customer service. Good prices. Sorry I do not have any coupon codes either. BTW, I've ordered all my brake pads from them.

Is this in regards to that broken strut? Expand as to what customer service is not doing well... I thought they sent a new strut to you?

Yep, they sent me one, I sent the old one back, they charged me for the new one, said they'd refund my money once they got the broken one, UPS says they got the broken one, they are claiming they didn't. UPS is investigating right now. It may have been UPS' fault...we'll see how things work out. The people at coximports were friendly though.

UPDATE: UPS fvcked up. We'll see what happens next.
