Clutch problem, need some help.

Ok, so the clutch is actin funny...it's got about 21k miles on it and so does the flywheel (Exedy Cerametallic thick, with CM flywheel). Problem is I barely have to depress the clutch to switch gears, as soon as I press the clutch at the very top of the travel I can shift gears. When trying to get into first or into reverse I HAVE to ride the clutch or else the car will stall. Pedal pressure is fine and does not feel soft at all.

When the clutch grabs at low rpm you can't even feel it, before it felt like a shock and you could feel the clutch grabbing. Now it only does this at high rpm...4k and up. I also used to feel the shock of the clutch grabbing when I downshifted but now I don't. There's really no need to rev match now, and it doesn't feel right.

Before all of this started the clutch used to make a squeaking noise while shifting gears when the car was cold....once it warmed up it stopped doing it.

Someone told me to drive the car at about 35 mph in 5th gear and floor it to see if the clutch slips and nothing, clutch grabs just fine and does not slip. I checked under the clutch pedal and saw that there was a small black trail of grease or oil or something on the carpet where the push rod is and also checked the slave cylinder for leakage and it looks like there may be some fluid leaking from the boot area.

Would replacing the master and slave cylinders solve this problem or isn't something more severe that'll require replacing the clutch? I replaced the slave cylinder at the same time as the clutch and flywheel but never replaced the master cylinder. Anyone got any ideas? Anything would help at the moment, I really wanna correct this before it gets any worse.
