the bigger chamber is supposed to allow the motor to gain air quickly with out having to suck it thru the filter first. a good idea, but also a major cause of turbulence at the leading edge of the intake tract. maybe a little help, but mostly for looks.

My biggest concern with it is that the chambered section is right in front of the throttle body. All of the legitimate designs I've seen (usually featured on JDM cars in Super Street) put the canister section downstream of the TB. I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience with one of these, otherwise I'm not sure if I want to be the guinnea pig

I just noticed that the lude picture in the cooling plate thread in 4gen had this intake. Its a JDM lude.

Wow, nice catch. I just might end up buying this intake. If I win it I'll be sure to post my review (who can resist JDM)

Yea, I am guessing since it said Top Fuel made one like that, and that is a JDM lude, that the one shown is made by Top Fuel.

This one is a knock-off, the Top Fuel intake looks like a carbon fiber muffler with a right angle bend, and then a chrome pipe. Except Top Fuel puts the canister section by the battery, not by the throttle body. The Type S also flares by the battery and gets narrow by the TB, so I am not really sure if this Ebay design is any good.

Here is a picture:

With a review like this you know it's good:
Using air pulsation with the internal constitution which even crystal of aeromechanics can be said, while from the air cleaner, always compressing the air to the chamber, it fills up.

Also, you can buy the authentic Top Fuel Power Chamber intake for the Prelude. I found it listed on a US based website, it's around $240 (too rich for my blood).
