catalytic converter-OEM or aftermarket

Has anyone had any problem when they installed an aftermarket catalytic converter rather than an OEM?

Not unless you buy a quality aftermarket catalytic converter.

This is the CAT I am running on my 2000 SH, (FYI base & SH are the same part#) and it cleared up my code 67 (catalyst efficiency below threshold).
Eastern Catalytic #40383 (it comes with a 5year/50,000mi warranty, is 49 state legal (sorry CA you have to spend $300+ for a CARB compliant one), and is a direct bolt in (no cutting or welding req'd)
Catalytic Converter 97 98 99 00 01 HONDA PRELUDE 2.2L: eBay Motors (item 140412926045 end time Jul-01-10 10:08:07 PDT)
$138 shipped (sale price ends tomorrow and it's back to $168 shipped)

I paid $168 shipped for mine from Auto Parts Giant, and Auto Parts Warehouse is $168 shipped too.

^No, just one port for the secondary sensor if you're obd2. The primary sensor is in the header.
