Can vafc be used on non-vtec cars?

I still have my vafc from my lude and my roomy is looking at buying an apexi safc.

I would love to pawn this off on him, but I need to know is it possible to use the vafc simply as a fuel and air controller on a non vtec engine?

He drives a 2000 eclipse GT.

Thanks in advance,

-Skinny

Like marcucci said you can do it, but why dont you just put it on ebay or something. You could probably make more money on it.

You would lose the whole "super" function of the VFAC, but it would still be useful in leaning out the engine, right?

There is no "Super" function. Even the regular controller is called the S-AFC (S for Super). It's just a waste.

Well, it might be a waste, but it's more of a waste sitting in my room

And, I'm too lazy to put it on ebay
