Bug Deflector OR Half Nose Mask?

I have this mega rock chip on my hood which has exposed the hood itself. I have already applied touch up paint to it as a band aid solution. (I plan on getting the hood repainted in the spring...yes it was that bad)

Sooo...should I get a Bug Deflector OR Half Nose Mask? That is the question.

Aesthetics is not so much a concern considering both options are not that great They're temporary anyway - especially with Vancouver's lovely weather...

TIA
D

I'm just worried with the nose mask, sand and junk will get stuck behind and scratch teh paint. At least with the bug deflector, all that junk can wash off with the rain etc.

I would go for the bug deflector for that very reason. Also it will look more or less the same over time, as opposed to the bra which will look progressively worse because of the weather.

However, a benefit to the nose bra option are those pieces that wrap around the front corners of the car thus offering more protection.

Thanks

That's what I'd be using if for as well. I don't want to repaint my hood and then get another huge rock chip b/c I was too lazy to pay x dollars for something to prevent it. I've learned my lesson

If you throw in your left kidney I may consider it

Surprise!

I took your advice and went with the Kreuzers instead of the SSR GT1's

I figured I might as well bite the bullet and get my ish together instead of delaying. You'll be proud of me, the rims were sitting in my room for less than 2 months as opposed to a full year + like my other accessories

I'll be glad to take the nose mask of your hands if he doesn't take it.

Did it not come with instructions? Just DL them from the handa website. Maybe they didn't come with all the clips and junk?
