bubbles on kit???

how do bubbles appear on a paint job, y do they appear is it becaues of the people that dont know what they are doing.

please help me answer this question
i got my kit about 2 months adn bubbles appear already,

1) painter mixed the paint badly...this should show up right away tho, not 2 months later.
2) painter didn't prep the surface properly...possibly, but i think 3 is ur answer
3) is it fiberglass? If the fiberglass was not hand-laid (i.e. it was shot out via a gun instead), bubbles mix in with the fiberglass, and after you paint it, the air slowly leaks out, thus forming that bubble in the paint on your bodykit. I have some too on my VIS front bumper...that's why that **** is getting replaced very very soon
