I ordered the Apexi Dunk exhaust from these guys online for 325 shipped. This was over a month ago. I received an email confirming the order, but that's it. They dont reply to emails, they NEVER answer the phone. Leave messages and no responses. A member here had suggested buying from them....DONT.
I'm definitely seeking action. If anyone else has positive or negative feedback about these clowns, let me know. I plan on getting my money back, dont care what it takes.
well said my lude brother, i hope u do get ur money bak or at least da exhaust. That kind of sucks dat u didnt get ur exhaust yet after a month, i ordered mine through money order and still got it in 5 days, well good luck

Whats up man.....did you order from them or somewhere else ? If you ordered from them, any info would be great so I can pin these guys. Any phone #s, email addresses, names, web sites, or other buyers' info.
hey man me too. I think i got screwed by them too. I ordered some gc coilovers. It still hasnt gotten to me. And on my credit card, it didnt say i purchased anything from them? SHould i be worried since it never came up?
Same **** happened to me about a year ago. I ordered my aem cai and bypass valve when the valve first came out. They definitly had the best price but it took about a month to come in. after the first week i started calling to bug them everyday. i guess thats what you gotta do because my cai came in, but they forgot to send the bypass valve. took and extra 2 weeks for that.
never again will i order from those bastards.
they even jipped me and didnt send my aem license plate frame
lol
I got my AEM CAI from them 2 years ago with no problems. As long as you use your credit card your all set. When the bill comes in read what to do on the back and send it back within 60 days. It must be in writing not a phone a call too. After 60 days you have to settle the matter yourself, but within 60 days the credit card company must resolve it by law. I had to this with a company before, it's really very easy.
That's why I love credit cards and don't understand why people send money orders and certified checks. You can get screwed so easily that way.
They just moved to a new address on Jan. 1st. Supposedly its a bigger shop with a dyno, one of my friends is going there Thurs. to get cam gears installed if you give me all your info I'll have him ask about it for you.

Yeah, they have had that message on their answering machine since late December saying that they would be in their new location Jan 2nd.
yeah, u should call ur bank or tha credit card company (whichever method u used to buy ur stuff)...tell them ur situation...basically tha name of tha company and that u haven't received tha merchandise. Usually your bank will give u back your money right away, and then it's their job to pester tha company that jipped you off. But you may have to fill out a couple papers out, but it's not to much...But if you ever do get in touch with that company, ask to speak to their manager. But I'd go through tha bank, that way ghet ur money back faster. Good Luck
