BB6 SIR SSUPETUKU - A limited Edition Prelude?

I was going through Japanese auctions and i stumbled on this version of a prelude.
Check it out over here:

http://auctions.amayama.com/honda/pr...ary/?year=1999
http://www.auto.vl.ru/auctions/honda...ary/?year=1999

It sold double than a regular Prelude of the same year. For example:
A 1999 BB6 Type-S sold for: 7K
Same year BB6 SIR SSUPETUKU sold for: 8.2K
While a regular BB6 sold for only 4-5K

Anybody has info on the BB6 SIR SSUPETUKU? Why was it more expensive than other preludes and what's so special about it? Couldn't come up with anything from google.

those are the accord euro-r wheels. they obviously fit just fine on the prelude. IIRC they are also 6.5" wide, they are either 16's or 17's.
