my euro-r h22a now has rod knock... so it looks like my euro-r is either on a limited life span or i have to get the rods and crank replaced... something i am reluctant to deal with

actually i had just tuned it before... and anyways the p13 ecu could handle it and would not casue rod knock, but more of like detonation

ahh, that happened to me. He replaced it and hooked me up with a header for all the trouble. Good luck. Maby its just detonation.

yea detonation Can happen like that, the if the timing is too far ahead you get detonation at a certain rpm.
