Bad Ignition coil or crank sensor?

Hey guys,

So yesturday i was driving on the road i hit somthing dunno what it was. 4 hours later 5th gear 70 mph i tried to speed up then the car starts to sputtor i try to give it gas but the im just slowing down even more. Pull over turn off the car restarted it idles perfectly fine can rev it up but ONCE i put it in gear and start to move it bogs really bad.

checked the code it said crank position sensor and manufacture igniton system or misfire.

I cleared the code and it ran really good just like normal. 4 miles later back to the way it was. however in neutral its perfectly fine motor sounds fine and idle looks great.

What is the cause of the problem? and is the crank sensor an easy fix?

if i could recall one of the codes were P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
