Most likely it just ran into an error. When I track, it will occasionally have errors throwing a code. Basically, somewhere in the dynamics of all its sensors, etc, it didn't like what you or the car was doing and shuts down. I had this happen several times on a certain turn at Nelson Ledges, I was just gasing it to hell on a really sharp turn. I reset it and backed off a little the next laps, no problems.

You can reset it by reseting the ECU/ATTS controller. Do this by opening the fuse box at the top left hand corner of your engine bay (corner closest to the passenger seat). Look at the fuse layout chart, there should be one labeled radio. I think its a 7.5 or 10 Fuse. Pull that out, wait for about 20-30 seconds, then put it back in. This will reset your ECU and ATTS, removing any codes that have been stored. If after doing this, the code comes back on again without you doing what you did, or over stressing it, then you may have an issue.

NOTE: Reseting by pulling the Fuse will also reset your radio. If you have the stock head unit, you will need the 5 digit code to unlock the head unit. Be sure to locate this before you pull the fuse. If you cant find it, it cost between 50-80 bucks at the Dealer to get the code.

Can someone sticky this and put it in the 5th gen discussion section?
