Attentio: All Option Auto Salon shoppers!
I just want to let you know whats happened to me so it won't happen to y'all. I ordered a drag "gen 3" kit from option auto salon on mar.18. They said it was on back order so I had to wait forr 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later. They said they reiceved my kit from Drag but there is no turbo. he went on to tell me that Drag is in the process of ordering more turbo's so they simply ran out. Then I asked 'doesn't drag use the same turbo in most of thier applications, how could they run out?' They went on a lil saying they just did and some more sales bs. I'm like ok fine, when will you get the turbo? Told me another 2 weeks. They also sent the the kit without the turbo and some few other things (turbo timer, vafc) to me and I got it on earlier this week. I opened the box and went thru the contents. I noticed theres no wastegate dump pipe and air filter (he specifically told me there was an air filter when I ordered it). So i called back and asked about it, get this, the guy told me to thatI was supposed to use the stock air box!!! Told him its impossible then he said he'll get the manager. Another guy comes on and tells me this is the sales line and told me to call the technical support. After many calls option asks for my # so they can give it to Drag, so they may answer any questions I may have. Ok. Well this is not aboutt he filter and dump I found out it doesn't come with the prelude kit, ok but this is what bothers me. Drag called and I asked him when can I expect my turbo? He tells me that they shipped a complete kit for a prelude at the end of March, with the turbo, to option. So where is my turbo? I don't know, I tried calling option but either it was busy or no one picked up the whole day. Sorry if this was so long..
