Apexi vtec afc 2 ???????help

Hi there folks, i have a question about my H22A lude. It came with a V-AFC 2 controller and has had all the settings done by a tuner but thats was just the initial setup and wiring. It give readings for somethings like engine rpm, throttle position and battery but no pressure, air correction factor as it can do.

My question is has anybody got one of these so i can get pressure readings and change VTEC activation point to 4800 instead of 5800. I know some that correction factors come with alterations to give more air and fuel but where do i start and how without killing the engine.

Ive heard alot of good things and some bad but long as your not going overboard with the settings i dont see what the harm is, small tweeks here and there but mainly that VTEC.

Also am guessing VTEC just doubles the fuel and air??? first vtec

Guess i was wrong lol

VTEC (which stands for Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) is an electronic and mechanical system in some Honda engines that allows the engine to effectively have multiple camshafts. As the engine moves into different rpm ranges, the engine's computer can activate alternate lobes on the camshaft and change the cam's timing. In this way, the engine gets the best features of low-speed and high-speed camshafts in the same engine.

Intresting so adjusting the air flow and fuel will help here indeed and with a VTEC changeover changed to 4800 this should make the alot quicker and faster.

Would like to know storys, bad point and good points cheers
