I know there are other reviews of this clutch and flywheel, but I feel like adding my 0.02 $
Action Clutch 1KS:
I purchased this clutch from
Wired Speedlab. Great service, fast shipping. The quick summary on this clutch : this clutch is
the bomb. It is just so amazing, I am incredibly glad I purchased it. I found it after reading Rocket's
Clutch 101 (a very good writeup). Rocket's article is quite biased, since he does have a relationship with Action, but photographs don't lie. The construction of the 1KS is far and above all others I have seen. It is a full-face Kevlar clutch capable of 240 ft-lbs torque holding (more than I will ever see). Since it is a Kevlar clutch, it should last 200k+ miles before it has any problems.
Construction notwithstanding, the performance of this clutch is incredible. The take-up is extremely smooth, and it grabs much cleaner than the stocker did even when new. I have only driven on this clutch for a day, and I can shift it so smoothly that passengers can't even tell I changed gears.

It has a very nice pressure plate with it, and it is only slightly more stiff than stock. Anyone running FI should get one of these, especially if your car is primarily for the street.
I have driven many other cars with stock and aftermarket clutches, and this beats them all. You don't need an unsprung 6-puck to hold the torque you need; one of these Kevlar clutches will do the trick.
ACT XACT Prolite Flywheel:
I purchased the
Prolite version, which is 9 lbs. I saw a lot of BS on Honda-Tech about "too light" flywheels. After installing mine, I'm here to tell you that is a bunch of crap. This flywheel rocks, and I can tell a nice difference in acceleration because of it. Based on other reviews online, I thought that I would take a day or so to get used to the flywheel. I found that using it was totally natural, and I didn't have to adjust my driving style at all (I am easy on the clutch

) I essentially got better acceleration for free.
Here is a picture of the setup when installed:
