9006/9005 headlights - Pos/Neg terminals?

Based on this photo :

for the 9005/9006 lights ..

The terminal closest in the above photo, is that the positive or negative one?

Reason I'm asking is because I am making a wiring harness to plug into my existing headlight sockets to wire up my JDM 1 Piece.

I'll do a write up when I'm done.

In some applications it does not matter, and in other apps you have to assign a positive and a negative depending on your color preference. In your case, as you have in your picture above, assign the yellow to be positive and ofcourse black negative.

^ But which is positive and which is negative?? the bottom photo (and the plugs I have) the wires are both black.

Based on the 4gen polarity I beleive does matter for H1 and H4 headlights in the JDM 1 piece...

Look at the wire harness that plugs into the bulb. One of the wires should be red and one black I think. Then just match that to the bulb. Red + black -

Crap, Slapshot on the hand, damn! I never got one on the hand but I had a guy hit my hand with a stick, ended up with a fraction in Hockey!
