But the only REAL (significant) DIFFERENCE when you are racing or driving very hard between a FWD & RWD car, is how you regain control of the car when it loses control.
Just because a FWD car does not oversteer and tuck into a turn does not mean it can't loose control.
FWD & RWD cars lose control in different ways. With exceptions ofcourse.
Now if you're talking about drifting or going sideways in a turn? Well, so long as you are in some drift competition... RWD is the way to go. Otherwise, if you're on a track? Wheel-grip racing. Period. If you have driving skill... RW or FW won't really matter to you... Suspension tuning!
Btw... try taking off the front stabalizer bar. If you had somebody driving that car hard into a turn, and they didn't know any better... They'd think it was a RWD car.
