2001 Honda Prelude Type SH....Messed up...Honda Service question.

My 01 Preude Type SH's transmission went bad at 9,100 miles. I'm very pissed off. Read my post fifth gen message board.

I have the following mods done to my car:

------ENGINE------
-AEM Cold Air Induction Intake System
-AEM Air Bypass Valve
-A'PEXi RS Full Cat-Back Exhaust System
------INTERIOR------
-Alpine 7864 Head Unit
-Alpine 8028 Alarm System with Viper Extra Features
-Autometer Dual Gauge Pod
-Autometer Volt Gauge
-Autometer Oil Pressure Gauge
-MOMO Race Air-Leather Shift Knob Blue
-MOMO Blue Leather Shift Boot
------EXTERIOR-----
-Full OEM Under Body Spoiler Kit
-Clear Bumper Lights

I am taking out my cold air intake and exhaust before I take it into honda service to fix my car. There shouldn't be a problem getting my car repaired right?

I am taking out the AEM CAI no matter what, but taking out the exhaust will be pretty difficult. All I have are jack stands. If I send my car to honda with the exhaust on it will they give me bs?

please reply soon

If they question the exhaust, then ask them one simple question. What the He!! does the exhaust have to do with the transmission problem?

I doubt you will have to do battle with them since your car is under the Manufacturer warranty still. Unless you have spare time on your hands, don't even bother pulling the intake off.
