Vibrant SRI

Short and sweet, Vibrant short-ram. Fitment is perfect, you get everything you need really, unless you like to use ties on EVERY end of fittings, then you'll need 2 small ones. Comes with the piping, a really nice filter, hose, and a large clamping thing a ma bob for both the end attached to the TB and for the end with the filter on.

Dyno's the same as a CAI so .. considering it barely costs a thing it's a great intake.

The only short coming... which you'll get with any intake using this big ol filter is that the ring at the end of the filter head rattles against the inside of your engine bay lightly. To fix this, buy a 3 dollar roll of weather stripping, cut a piece out and put it on the spot that the filter touches. Not only does it remove vibration it better secures the intakes position.

crappy pic, i can take a less blurry one if someone wants

of course it LOOKS like yours. My intake is just basic and you bought a cheap ebay replica. It's made to look like mine.

hmmm...I'm not sure on this one, but I would just think that any company would brand or stamp their logo on their products. I think every other company I can think of does so. And if that guys friend's intake has "VIBRANT" on it, and yours doesn't...I would really question it's authenticity. Call Vibrant and ask if they stamp their products or not. But if you don't care, then that's that.

I bought it through a good friend who is the import sales manager at a reputeable shop. If he sold me a fake one he would basically lose his credability and I really doubt he would risk that.. I don't think fakers also make Vibrant boxes and packaging... or include the same instructions and paperwork as Vibrant. All of which, I got.
