Product Info
Based on the Milano, the Torino brings you absolute comfort and vehicle control. The back rest can be reclined to the millimeter and features the exclusive QTS (quick tilt system) technology for rapid return to the upright position. It also features a revolutionary contoured injection molded memory foam and Touring car inspired g-force absorbing side bolsters. The high quality Jacquard material stands up to every day use while the anti-abrasion inserts save your seats from damage.
Install Notes
I bought mine used, so all the hardware (bracket, sliders, rails) was already attached to the seats. The passenger side seat was easily installed by removing the stock seats and replacing with the Sparco seats. The driver side seat was a little more difficult, as we had to separate the seat, slider, and rails from the bracket, as one of the rails prevented us from removing one of the bolts holding the bracket to the floor. Otherwise, install was a simple swap.
- The bolts holding the bracket to the car are 14mm.
- The bolts attaching the seats to the rails are 13mm.
First Impressions
These seats rock

. They are a little more stiff to sit in, but much more supportive than the stock seats. The side bolsters keep you planted during hard cornering. The recline adjustment knob is fantastic, allowing changes to the millimeter. They also have a Quick-Tilt System that allows you to recline the seat forward w/o the use of the adjustment knob, if you need to get to the back seat.
I have yet to test these in a real racing situation, i.e. auto-x or HPDE. However, taking a few turns spiritually has proven to be worth the cost. They are quite comfortable, very supportive, and look great too.
The only issues are with the size of the seat. The seats are a little bigger than the stock seats and as a result, to make adjustments to the recline of the seat, you'll probably have to have the driver side door open, which makes on-the-fly adjustments difficult, if not impossible. Also, the seats sit a bit higher than the stock version, although on the rails you can actually mount them on a lower perch (there are three).
Overall, I give it a

.
Final Notes
I did not pay anywhere near retail for these seats, so because of the cost, these are not a casual mod. They are expensive, but worth it IMO if you race your car a lot, want a better looking seat, or just have some cash to burn.
I will supply pics shortly.
