Do you like the shortest setting? I'm buying this next paycheck, it's quite attractive and I hate the fairly slushy feel of the stock-er

Yeah I like it, you're def going to like it if you're stock right now...I just felt like the adapter I had on before was like a band aid, I feel better that I have a real shifter now...

im really really tempted... i want i want-- maybe next pay or something.. just before my annual leave so i can install during my holidays
hows the skill level requirement for installation.. id say that im not too bad with mechanical side of things.. and i like to do things myself.. pretty straight forward?

If you go to the PSPEC site it actually gives you step by step instructions with pics for the 5th gen install. It looks pretty easy as long as you follow the steps

From my post on prelude power:
I have this shorter shifter installed.. The installation was simple... took about 30 minutes for install with a slight complication.

Pertaining to people who use the car outlet: when shifting into 5th gear you hand may hit the charger

here are the pics

I just brought my car out of storage today and installed my PSPEC short shifter. It is great! It makes driving my car more enjoyable. I like the way it feels and the shifting also feels great. It was a little spendy but i am glad i spent the money and purchased it.

The throw is shorter and with the adjustable height it is now exactly how i want it.

Sh1t better be short as hell and more firm shifts to justify spending what $240..

ur not really gonna get a super short throw with this application. Yes my throw is alot shorter than stock, i have it on the shortest throw setting and a bit shorter height setting.

I have driven other cars before with short shifters and the throw was shorter than what mine is at now. not by too much tho. But it is a smooth tight shift. It feels great! I had problems shifting into third before(stock was kinda ruff for sum reason) Now it pretty much goes in by itself.

It is a good quality product, everything you need comes with the kit and the installation was flawless. I was very hesitant on spending that much on a short shifter but honestly i feel like it was worth it.

Ill get pics up sometime, i broke my camera this weekend.(was drunk)
