Bluemagic's Plastic & Plexiglass Cleaner

I JUST (yeah just right now) used this product.
And I am so impressed.

Some other member in PO recommanded bluemagic stuff, so I tried it today.
Reason I got this was because my headlight was hazed pretty badly.

I saw keith's excellent know-how, so I bought all these grit papers, metal polish, plastic polish, swirling remover, blah blah..

And then I saw this bluemagic's product, and decided, hey its simple, I'll give it a try.

So before I get down to taking off headlights, wet sanding and all the process..

I just simpled cleaned the headlight with water, and wiped it off.
I applied dime size to a clean cloth, start applying it to the headlight's surface directly.

After few seconds, I noticied the difference right away.
Overwhelmed by happyness, after few minutes of crazy wiping, I backed away and compared it with my other side headlight which was pretty clean w/o haze.

WOW. I must say, I was very very VERY happy.
Maybe I was too-happy because I really didn't expect anything out of it.
I returned everything else I purchased.

However, honestly, wetsanding/polishing method is the best.
It wasn't clean as doing that method, and SLIGHT haze was still there.
but it was *almost not noticible from a distance.
Granted, those who crave off-the-dealership quality, don't use this, start wetsanding.
however, if you don't need that much shine, but still want clean headlights, this is the way to go.

For $3.49 I spent on bluemagic, I must say, I will be dedicated customer to 'em.

I recommand this to anybody who is looking for a "lazy" and cheap solution to unhaze or clean plastic/glass.

16 days passed, haze did not come back. At least for me.

Its been through tough weather if that effects anything.
Rainy days, hot days, cold days, etc went by in those 16 days.

been almost 2 months now. Haze did not come back.

bb6, I just used random polishing microfiber cloth I had.
Direction didn't say anything specific to use, so I thought that would work. and it did.

I also bought this to use on the extra pair of headlights that I have for my Prelude. First I tested it on the headlights of our old Mazda Protege. I only used it on one headlight to see the difference and then caompared them. If you want to see bigger image you know the imagestation drill.

Passenger headlight without Blue Magic

Driver headlight after Blue Magic

And that's just using Blue Magic by itself. I'm not going to clean the passenger headlight and I will be taking a night shot with the headlights on when it gets dark to see the difference.
