Your spot is still open if you want it Jeff. Wasn't sure if you were going to bring your friend or not, so I didn't know what was up.

I've thought about it more - I can't do it.

Even with a passenger to split gas costs & the hotel broken down 4 ways, I just can't afford it with all the other trips I'm taking this summer. And one of them is the weekend after NPM, so I don't want to be blown out from 55 hours of driving the week before.

^POO on you.

What if you ride down to PA and then co-drive with someone? Just a thought.

Count me out. I'm going to the USGP two weeks after the meet. I can only do one of the two.

Have fun and be safe guys.

Scott make sure you put the oil cap back on this time ok?....:runsandhides:

this is soooooo looking to be a no show meet.........and you notice the West Coast pansies aren't even thinking about attending. The only one that I saw that seemed remotely interested was Schwett. It's funny how they all say it should be closer to them, s you put it in the middle of the country and its still too far for them. Straight up wusses.

Unless it was actually in Cali or maybe in Vegas, I didn't expect any of them to show up. Most of them don't like to drive to drive to the other half of their state.

You know what... this was sooo apparent last year. They all *****ed that it wasnt close and i'm glad they didnt show up. They ***** and moan about driving to nor or so cal... let alone drive anywhere else.

Now they cant even make the vages trip work. Out here on East we call em TOWNIES. stay in your own area and god forbid go else where for a trip.

I just wish ... we could have made it somewhere close or at least collected down payment from most people before the event started.

This is the same BS every year. everyone is all for it.. then last minute people cant make it. Funy thing ITR guys would drive cross country in packs and sleep in tents just to have a huge meet. we cant even plan something as close this.

BAH... i'll be soo pissed if this **** fall through.

well.. if NPM fails, we all should just have stuff on the east coast.. there are lots of us here who are die hards and why make it harder for all of us to drive and meet up? there are plenty of tracks around *cough* VIR *cough*

just an idea but lets hope we can get others to go out for the track day or else i think the attendance list will drop off

We'll take it one step at a time guys. Lets assume at this point the meet and track session is still good to go and focus on who's going and more importantly who's driving.
