yes, keith.. anyone who needs a place to crash certainly can.. Since the RV is there, it can sleep 4 people.. I've spent a whole week in it, it's really not a bad sleeping place

I think Mattsy will claim the upstairs couch again this year that way he can get 1st dibs on coffee too..

I'll know more about the new rooms closer to the BBQ.. next time I visit my parents, I'll remember to bring the camera to get pictures..
