You guys missed a kick ass BBQ. Lots and lots of fun as always. The rain stayed away. We had a few drizzes but that was it. The food and drinks were awesome. Many thanks to Irene, Paul and Irene's parents, especially "Dubs". That chicken was awesome!!!!
The fireworks show was great. Many thanks to Ryan and the crazzy Russian for providing the fireworks. Ryan hope your ear is ok. Took one for the team. We also had a volleyball-soccer game. Nothing like watching a drunk Rich play volleyball or was it soccer. Couldn't tell.
The cruise was much better this year. Better roads. Too bad that damn red Miata was driving too slow. That driver needs to learn to how to drive. I love you Irene.....lol
We shall never forget those famous words..."You fvcking idiot" or was it "You fvcking retard" I can't remember...lol. Those that were there for the fireworks know what I'm talking about.
I cant believe it didnt storm???? There were lines of thunderstorms twice yesterday that looked like it was going to kill this. Between falling back asleep and not getting up until after 2 and the rest of what I had to get done the day got away from me. I wasnt even out late last night and I just got up now. Glad to hear everyone had a great time
Glad to hear everyone had a great time too!!My dad told me to drive him to Newark airport at last minute......the guy suppose to drive him cant drive him.Maybe next time.

Great BBQ
Many thanks to everyone who helped out and/or made it possible!
My favorite part of the weekend was riding in Irene's miata; first convertible I've ridden in.
Hopefully yall will get to hear my great commentary when the video does come out.

Guys, I had a blast, it was awesome to finally put a face with a name for alot of the folks on here! I still can't believe how great the weather was!! I left at like 7pm, and hadn't seen a drop of rain up until then! Wish I could have stayed longer, but I enjoyed every minute that I was there! Can't wait 'til the next one!!
Thanks for having us, Irene, and thanks your folks too, they were most gracious hosts!
Oh, and Paul, thanks again for the directions
I still can't believe that there was a Swaminarayan temple like just around the corner from Irene, haha... The funny thing is, which I found out later, my parents were supposed to go to a function there on Saturday, but they couldn't make it cause they had an engagement party to go to!

I know! They are really organized and haven't caused traffic delays.. They seem to be very good neighbors..

Haha, yea it was just funny, cause I didn't expect to see Hindu temple in the middle of your area! I've actually heard of the temple before too, just didn't know where it was. It didn't occur to me until later, that that's why the police officer was there, to guide traffic since they were holding an event at the temple. I thought maybe he heard about us Preludes and wanted to make sure we weren't causing trouble or something, haha...
