Official BBQ Meet Thread!! 7.22.06

I figure that after NPM, the NE people are going to want to start planning on the BBQ meet, so I figure I would have this thread ready to go when you all get back. Til then.


Date: Saturday, July 22nd - ETA 1pm
Location:5024 Donna Drive - Coplay, PA 18037
Directions from 22:
from Rt 22 you take Rt 145/MacArthur Road North.. You will be on this road for about 10 miles, you'll pass all kinds of shopping places, a U-Haul, and you know you're within an 2 miles of making a left hand turn when you see a Sheetz Gas Station on your right hand side..
continue up that hill to the next light, go through the light..
travel down a hill and up a smaller hill, you make the left onto Clearview road before 145/MacArthur Road turns from a 4 lane highway to a 2 lane.. you go 8/10th of a mile up past Snyder Farm(on the left) and make a right onto Donna Drive..
after the stop sign, it is the 2nd house on the left (right of the house that has 2 white pillars)
Cost: $10 for those who wish to consume alcohol and $5 for people who will do otherwise..


Bring: Chair and things to sleep in/with if you would want/need to spend the night.

Activities: Volleyball, poker, cruise, and fireworks display

So would it throw a monkey wrench in the works to move the BBQ6 date? I really want to attend the NE Solo Divisional. It's in central NY.

I can't believe you never told me about this.. you know how much of a pain in the ass it is to request off a whole weekend for work.. the Saturday before the BBQ is Six Flags with your dad and the Saturday after the bbq is the Lion King if you haven't already forgotten.. I made a new thread anyway...

I did mention it before. You just don't remember. You rolled your eyes at me when I told you. The divisional date was set after you set the BBQ date. So I guess it will be a big deal to change it so don't.

The cheapest flight I found was 209 with JetBlue leaving friday at 5pm and returning at 8am on monday.
