If I wont pass, what the hell are my options? If I plug in my stock computer I will throw CEL (Auto ECU)

maybe you'll have to buy a manual ECU so you can pass...or go to newark somewhere and pay a garage.
regardless if you're car would pass, or if putting in the right or wrong ECU will or won't trip the MIL/CEL, the fact is that you won't have an OBDII connector, and even if you do, it runs to an OBDI computer which won't allow them to pull the info or do the scans they normally will, and they will not test your car, and hence fail it.
NO YOU WILL NOT PASS WITH AN OBD1 ECU in a OBD2 Car. Best bet is to take it to a "Friend" meaning connection for the STICKER! THey might actually fine you for running an OBD1 ECU in an OBD2 car if you take it to a state inspection. Mucho POLLUTION!

Oh come on now, who removes that connector??

If your OBDII ECU isn't in a "ready" state then they're going to turn you away even without a CEL. The jumping idle kind of give me the impression you wouldn't be "ready" though.
LoL, that's a good point, my man, I don't know what I was thinking
But regardless, even with the connector, you won't have the software, and like Ray said, the ECU [being OBDI], will not read, output information to or be compatible with the facility's OBDII scan tools.
I'm not due till April. I've gone stock prior to what I have now but how lenient are they with the header, hi-flow, and exhaust? I have both T1R and a Car Sound Cat.
