There's other obvious people coming, but due to my desire not to have people get mad at me for making assumptions on their BBQ plans [or lack thereof], I'll let people officially reply in order to be added.
Make sure to mention if you have any walkie-talkies or radar detectors or anything that can be used for the caravan.

i'll be flying in from VA. wheres the best airport to fly into, and whos gonna pick me up and drop me back off?!
If you're meeting us up in NJ then Newark [EWR]... It's the closest for NYC too. JFK is way on the otherside over in Queens. Myself or Jeff could come pick ya up. And we can figure out who's dropping you back off.

i can fly into any airport, it doesn't matter. i can fly in friday night or saturday morning most likely, and i'll have to fly out sunday night or early monday
