I don't think there would have been too much organizing. You set the dates when everyone should be there and everyone sets up there own trip and we meet. There are deals galore online.
Oh and the week of the 12-13 sounds good to me. Hopefully i can make but will have to make sure someone can watch the kids so i can make the trip.
