we've had meets with atleast 40 people the last 2 years.. they've always been able to accomodate... this meet is nothing new with them..

Yes I did. They were dumb about it though. I have the name of the manager for tomorrow. Im gonna call again tomorrow before we get there. We may have to break up into two or three different tables instead of one big long one with 40 people.
