best bet would be to have it in July pending no other major meets

Yeah, I'm not going either - I'm just saying that not many people are gonna be up for a meet on or around that week.
That said, I'm actually gonna be in the "area" (Lewisburg) on the weekend of June 11/12th - free on Sunday before I head back.

I'm down for sometime in june...I'm in center city philly....I have the 24th and the first weekend taken up though.....going to mich and the shore....let me know though.....I'd be down....
No one's going to be around that weekend, at least most of the people who'd usually go to that meet.
We could try and set something up in Mid-May, although I think you'd be fighting Vic for the MA meet around that time. The weekend after NPM is not good, because people are going to want to probably relax after driving 2500+ miles the weekend before. If your serious about it, I'd get something together mid-to-late June because we'll probably be having our annual BBQ in July, maybe August.
speaking of the BBQ, any thoughts on where this year? my house is out I think... your parents is out too scott... from what I hear they didn't like 14 sets of tire tracks on the lawn...

my house might be cool.. my sister is moving out in the middle of next month!! leaving more room.. it's safe and as long as i tell my neighbors, it should be fine
we can have a bonfire, we have a grill, lots of space, no neighbors behind me (all apple orchards).. my 'rents don't allow use of the jacuzzi unless people are naked (weird ass rule i know!) we've got a mini fridge to use outside and my 'rents let my sister have a huge ass party a few summers ago so i should be allowed
it's an hour and 20 minutes north of philadelphia... hour and a half from Harrisburg... mapquest says 1hour and 45 minutes from NYC.. 45 minutes from phillipsburg... 2 hours from Toms River and about 2 hours from Atlantic City...
it's not a bad drive, easy to get to and parking won't be so bad (similar to mike's parking.. not on a busy street at all) i live in a good neighborhood...
address if you are curious as to the distance:
5024 Donna Drive
Coplay, PA 18037
we can take a scenic drive around Blue Mountain
