Karting meet anyone? - Honda Prelude Forum

I am a member of Swedespeed.com as well as this board. the guys over at Swedespeed.com are planning a Karting meet at Lehigh Valley Grand Prix in Allentown the weekend before Thanksgiving. I've asked and they have approved of us joining in on their meet. Come one come all. these are real race karts, not family fun style. bring your helmet if you like as well. they will provide one if you don't have one but it is required.

30 people looked at this and only one response? C'mon people. this is plenty of heads up notice. Need to try and get a good head count as early as possible,

and Shrek said he ay be in if possible for him.

Ryan, are you guys getting any special pricing on this? The list price of $54 for 3 race is pretty decent. The track seems pretty slow (lots of turns!) for a karting track. How many are expected to show up? I might be interested. But at the same time, I don't want to have a completely packed track either.

It's actually a pretty quick track. I was suprised at the speed. I'm not sure yet on the amount of persons. Maybe I will post a link to the Swedespeed page so you can keep track of the population.

Depends on the time for me - I know I'm working until 3 . . . but would be all for driving out immediately from work, if it weren't happening until early evening. :sad:

I would so be there, really! I love me some karting.
But... i'm having surgery on the 10th and I wont be doing anything until december =(

we are meeting there around 11-1130 and arting is to start at 12:00
possibly going for some eats after, other than that, not much.
