Ok newyorkers, Joisey peeps.... so what is it really like now without Howard Stern? How is, and who is, the replacement... I forgot.... is he getting the crap beaten out of him daily by Stern fans?

To be honest... so far this Howard 100, Howard 101 on Sirius isnt terrific... unless you hear Howard... the rest is mostly fluff... with a few memorable highlights.

The Philly market has always sucked here.. we had Stern and now a lot of the Philly people are turning to Preston&Steve on WMMR (they are hilarious, they have podcasts available - google it)

I am usually not up to hear Howard on the radio but I did hear quite a lot of Danny Bonaduche and that guy is messed up.. hilarious but so messed up..

The backlash on the 1st day was that he was boring. I listened for 2 whole minutes and it was boring. I don't know anyone who listens to him, and I doubt there are very many who do.

Like Irene said, everyone who's cool in Philly listens to Preston & Steve on WMMR.

I personally loved Opie & Anthony better....howard is boring. They got kicked off the radio but now they're on XM.

I used to listen to Bob and Tom even when we had Howard in our area Not a big fan of Howard. they took Bob and tom off the air here though....they weren't well received.

O&A are great they were tearing up Diamond Dave his first few days on the air but its so easy they've moved off that fun. I was a die hard Stern fan back in the day but he lost his edge, I was listening to both O&A and Stern for a few years and realized Howard is just an ass totally consumed with his own persona.
