how do you get to Martha's Vineyard?

I know it's an island but how do you get there?

My greatgrandmother died over the weekend and she requested her ashes be scattered at her parents home that was located there... this isn't going on until May or June (but that means a meet ) but how do you reach the island? do you have to have your own boat or is there like a lil ferry that runs there?

there is a ferry service.

http://www.mbta.com/traveling_t/schedules_boats.asp

Scroll down to the pull down menu for All Boat Services. There you will find a listing of ferry services. To get to Martha's Vineyard, you would have to travel to one of the locations listed (such as Natucket or Falmouth) and then take the ferry to the Vineyard.

My broken wings still strong enough to cross the ocean with.
My broken wings how far should I go drifting in the wind.
