I'm not sure either - I guess for the crank pulley bolt. Although I did mine without one.

Just need the crank pulley holder tool, 1/2" drive sockets (or 3/4" ideally), and a crap-ton of leverage to break it free.
An air ratchet would speed up a few of the bolts - but honestly, not many. There's not enough space to get a gun at 95% of the ones you're dealing with on a timing belt job.
