Caravan to the BBQ

It was discussed between me and Jeff last night about meeting up at his place as an originating point for the caravan to Irene's house. He lives right off of Interstate 78 which is what we'll mainly be cruising to get there. Its a nice, open, three-lane highway and his house is only two minutes off of I-78. IMO, it would be a great meeting spot to cruise out.

I'll let Jeff post more details and open this to discussion as to when to meet.

Beginning of the driveway

The rest of the driveway.

Plenty of room for a mini photoshoot before irene's. Then we can have ONE HUGE LINE of ludes...that would be awesome and I would be honored to host you guys (pitstop for you NY people....). Jacky knows where it is too so he can lead (ditch) you guys from NY.

Here's the addy:

9 Laomatong Way
Bedminster, NJ 07921

it's literally like 2 minutes from the highway....I know it doesn't loook like it.

According to Mapquest I'm an hour away coming from Staten Island. Are we a bit out of the way from the NJTP or GSP if we meet at Jeff's (Too far west?) Just a comment

I plan to go but will be a last min decision depending on whether there's anything going on within my house.

You're right!!! To get to Irene's I have to take I78 regardless, I always thought she was more down south towards Atlantic City or something.

I guess ur house is a perfect spot to first meet up at to start the caravan!!

^^ 78 becomes 22 in a few spots but i do believe you mean in Jersey..

and yes.. when you see signs for 22 towards Phillipsburg/Easton.. follow 22 all the way to MacArthur Road North.. travel about 10 miles or so.. you'll pass a lot of shopping for many miles.. go past Sheetz on the left, go through the light.. go down the hill and after that hill make a left onto Clearview Road.. 8/10th of a mile up the hill is Donna Drive on the left.. go through the 1st stop sign and my house is the 2nd on the left..

use the google map: 5024 Donna Drive Coplay PA 18037.. if you follow 145 down, then follow it on the map right, you'll see the 22/78 interchange.. keep following 22 in Jersey and you'll see a spot on "Frontage Road" where it is 78/22 and it is that way for a while..

if you are coming from OH, this caravan would be out of the way for you. It would be best if you just travel to PA rather than through PA to NJ since these guys are speaking about meeting at a spot in NJ.
