It has been brought to my attention that more than enough regulars may not be able to attend July 22nd... Unfortunatly, the bbq dates are limited to July 22nd or take place sometime in August.. We obviously can't host a bbq if I can't be there, that is just not fair I already requested off for the weekend of July 22nd so lets hope that more than enough people answer this poll asap so I can change my days off.. gotta love working in the media..

I thought the 22nd was decided upon because it was the best time for everyone. I'm off that weekend, so its good for me.

Edit - Nikki should be coming too. I just have to know when it is so we can look at flights and stuff.

Irene I dont have my tickets yet, just a hold on the price.
July is still fine with me, but I'd be okay with Aug too it would give me more time to recover. But hopefully after a month I should be fine.

The first two are during summer camp, but the July date is a little better for me. The second two are after summer camp - but really busy with retreats . . . so I dunno.
