I've posted this on honda-tech as well and people seem to be pretty enthusiastic about the idea, so here goes:
I propose we, the prelude owners of Maryland, DC, and Virginia, have a meet of massive proportions when the weather gets a little warmer.. say April, May, or June. I know of a lot we would be allowed to use (~1000 capacity) and I'd love to see a big turnout =]

yes i was in tulsa. it was a 20 hour 1200 mile drive, me and my friend darren drove straight through trading every tank of gas and sleeping while the other drove.
well sleeping as best we could. it's not as easy to sleep in the car as you'd think-even with the seat leaned back all the way.

I know the experience well since Eric (94accordSedan) and I made the same trip. I drove the hole wayout though. we swapped driving home though. We couldn't lean the seat back though since the backseat was full of our luggage and a cooler and a tent, due to the trunk being full of fireworks. We also had the headret off the passenger seat so we could better accomodate a pillow for our sleeping needs.

places like Fairfax Towne Center are kind of infamous for having large meets with cool cars, but also for having cops being around it all the time now. fairfax in general probably isn't a great idea.
i say avoid the hell and let's omit all fairfax suggestions for the sake of cops alone .

Get me more info and ill plug it along.....I might not be able to because of underway schedule and Rotor Toaster, but Im pretty sure I can make it in early april...I have RT on the 21-23 and Ill be driving back to MI to store my car since I get underway on the 2 of may....I also cant do from 22 feb to 20 mar........so anytime after 22/22 mar to 19 april im good

Her car got hit twice....so shes OOC for the moment....I dont know when he car is due back on the road and her BF got in a pretty serious accident on a bike....so she always is with him......sucks for the accident, but one hell of a lucky dude...... :dry:
I will make one suggestion keep the meet away from the 495 area! The beltway is in awlful shape and is so hard on you car! Plus cops in the NOVA have become a major pain in the ass and will right you fix it tickets & fines out the ass for mods even if you not from the area! I suggest some where in MD

Richmond area is where its at. If we do it on a Saturday or Friday and keep going till the night over in the West End people meet up all the time. We could get a whole gang of ludes to show off over there.

lol what are you talking about? well at least the stretch of 495 i drive on they dont' give a **** period. i drive the 95/495 portion all the time and have been pulled over ONCE when i was weaving in and out of traffic a lot w/ a friend lol...but i do like 85 all the time and just keep up w/ traffic and have no problems at all. not to mention there are pretty much NEVER cops on the road like EVER.
as for the condition it's in perfect condition except for the little bridges, those you gotta be careful, i broke a belt in a tire once hitting a pothole. but otherwise it's actually like recently repaved...once again that's just my portion of 95 though.
and as for where i went to richmond once it's too big of a pain for me-i have no real desire to go back...i vote like college park hookah bar if we chill in maryland or like somewhere in norfolk/va beach in virginia.
and actually the autokratz ppl meet like every other friday night, we could just plan to meet up w/ them some night. **** we could go to the hookah bar, chill for a while get some food smoke some shisha then like go up to autokratz meet.
edit: autkratz ppl meet up in like ellicot city or something i think...it's like 45-50 min north 95 from the woodrow wilson bridge.
