Ok then why don't you go prove it. The time of each run is on the dyno and no the temp didn't change. No clouds in the sky. The car was sitting for 15 sec off while I reset the ECU. I took less time to get to my second than most of the cars that went on the dyno those two days. I watched several cars run like 50 of them. I even watched a 5th gen have lower numbers on the second run before my car got to the dyno. I guess I should have reset his ECU also.
How would changing the ECU help? If you change the ECU on a modded car and you get gains then that ECU could be better programed. The only way that would work is to do a dyno run of the car at first. Then you would have to install the mods and do another run. Then you would have to drive the car around so the ECU could addapt. Then you dyno again to see if you lose anything. If you just swap the ECU you don't know anything other than the new ECU works better or worse on the car. As for me gaining .6HP How much do the mods help in the first place. It's not like you get 5HP for a header. Well we will never know because nobody here goes to a dyno often enough to try a before and after run. Oh by the way I'm just blowing smoke up your skirts. My entire reason to come here and post this was to make you believe something that doesn't happen. I normally don't care, but this time go prove me wrong or shut your trap.
