I know this is going to come across bad but you might want to rethink your mods. I know you said you had some heavy 18's on the car but those numebrs are STOCK numbers. I'd be willing to bet more then a few people here have surpassed those numbers in their stock form. I don't know what your proof is that OBDII is affecting your performance but something is. If you switched to stock rims/tires and used a CAI instead of that under the hood you should be able to hit mid to high 170's if not 180.
