440 injectors are a fine choice. schwett is running 440's with his JRSC 9 psi setup. He is using the EFI Systems PMS to control them and his ignition timing. Now, I know nothing about e-manage, so I do not know what it can do for you, but if like the PMS it allows you to adjust the ecu's fuel and ignition signals and if it has boost tables that allow you to adjust the fuel and igition under boost, then you are set.
The biggest thing for you that I would be concerned about with that much power output is your SS tranny. I'm not sure how it would hold up to the power output of a JRSC with 9 psi, which is why I plan on sticking with 6 psi on my setup. And damn, I really would like to run 9.
