I'd avoid the Type S engine cuz it's too much money for such a little result....if you got the money to waste an you're not really concerned w/ actual speed/power, then go for it. If you just want to be able to say that you did it, then go for it.
I think that if I were going to do that, I'd wait til my engine blew completely an needed to be replaced, that way you're not wasting as much money cuz you had to do it anyway :
