The fact that it's close enough to 14:1 at that low of an RPM (where you'll be spending most of your time) is bad enough.
I had to take a straight-edge against my monitor to finally figure out what ratio the car's running at, and it's nowhere near 12-13:1 until redline.
Looks like a typical lean JRSC dyno, unfortunately. Well, at least we know you did a great job on the install!
It's hard to tell by the dyno if you're belts are slipping. The torque curve just doesn't drop so fast. If you're positive about the screeching/squealing, you'd also be able to confirm it by a noticeable drop in boost pressue on your boost gauge. Tightening them up might bring you up to the ~220whp range. Still won't do anything about the lack of fuel, though.
