I had this same problem, I went to a local auto parts store Auto Zone, and bought a 10" Front mount radiator fan, and placed it in front of my radiator to push through it, and it helped incredibly!
Here is a pic kind of difficult to see, but you get the point, 12" WILL NOT FIT, you have to do a 10", and it is a very tight squeeze. Also from your temp fluctuating soo badly I would recomend an oil change soon, the chemicals and thigns in your oil will not work after consistent overheating, this could cause fatal engine dammage.
